Safety: Never leave a candle doing its thing unattended, and give it a sturdy, non-combustible home. Blow it out before it burns all the way down—heat can crack the glass, and nobody wants that.

Set the candle on its lid when lit to protect delicate surfaces, then flip the lid into snuffer mode when you’re done. Let it burn 2–3 hours so the wax melts edge to edge (no tunneling, please). Trim the wick to ¼" after each burn for an even glow, and stop when ¼" of wax remains — safety first, magic always.
