Installing Koti is almost as easy as convincing a chickadee to move in. Mount the wooden cleat 6–12 feet up, slide the ceramic house on, and face the 32mm doorway toward a quiet, shaded spot. After nesting season, lift it off, pop open the back, and clear out the old digs. A quick wash and dry, and it’s ready for new tenants. The rough glaze helps chicks climb out, while the sturdy ceramic shrugs off weather—just don’t drop it, and bring it inside if winter gets extra wild.
